Individual Carrier Agreements
United has negotiated over 140 individual
agreements with other airlines for offline travel - be it business
or pleasure. In the past, the information on these agreements could
only be found in the S*UPE/INTERLINE profiles in Apollo. Now we have
compiled all of these agreements in our Interline Agreements
Database. While these profiles still reside in Apollo, you can also
click here to see the rules, restrictions and details of each of our
agreements.

Obtaining Interline Tickets
Given the closure of City Ticket Offices (CTOs)
in the US, United has established a process for obtaining interline
tickets. Note: for other countries, the process has not changed.

Zonal Employee Discount (ZED)
ZED is an interline fare program used by many
carriers worldwide for space-available travel. ZED fares replace
industry discount ID90/95 fares for interline travel on specific
carriers. These fares simplify and significantly reduce pricing for
non-revenue space-available interline pleasure travel.

Employee Transportation Request Form
The UPE2116 form must be completed by the
employee and signed by the employee's authorizer for any limited
reduced fare travel.
While it is not necessary to complete the UPE2116 form for the
unlimited ID75 or ID90 reduced fare tickets, it is helpful to the
ticketing representative to have this completed form.
These forms can be obtained from any UA ticket office, through your
department administration, or by printing the attached form.
